About Katrina Fisher Photographer (Фотограф Катрина Фишер)

General Digital Photographer

I've gone mad on photography at 18, when they asked me to push the button of a camera for the first time in my life. I started to shoot at this age. From the very beginning it was so called "soap-tray camera", then Zenith, and then digital era has finally begun. I have finished courses at Nikolay Trifonov-Bogdanov studio, my teachers were also well-known latvian photographers as Nikolay Shelushenkov and Arthur Dubrovsky. I'm now studying getting my own experience taking photos of anything that would catch my eye. Not so long ago Photography has grown from a hobby to my profession and I appreciate that. I'm a hunter for the ways of the beauty expression but it's not important for me how does it happen in the real world: it can be either cityscape or harmony of objects or flowers under the rising sun or patches of light on a garbage box. Perhaps, the human being is the first what we have to look at; it's possible to find something in a personality which is a bit more than just a beauty but intelligence, spirit, mystery, purity, nudity of soul. The contrast of lights and shadows, colors and forms have always attracted me, that's why on my website you can also find photoworks with a lot of colors next to black-and-white ones.
